ビデオは1991年3月31日、バージニア州のノーフォーク海軍基地で湾岸戦争帰還兵(多くは砂漠の嵐作戦 Operation Desert Storm 参加者)とその家族を招待して Welcome Home, Heroes と銘打ったコンサートを行った時のもの。それに先立ち彼女は空母サラトガを訪問、一夜を過ごしている。
