2019年4月15日に起きたパリのノートルダム大聖堂(Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris = Cathedral of Our Lady of Paris)の火災後、比較的早い段階でフランス当局は修復工事中の事故が原因と発表。
作者は結論が急がれた事への疑念を本作に込めているのだろう。
更にはその裏の闇や陰謀をも仄めかしているのか。
